It is very disappointed that even after taking an appointment we had to wait for 35min. It is so sad keeping us wait though we take out time during our working hours(like break time) . I was given an appointment at 1415hrs and since then till now 1451hrs Im just waiting to see the doctor. I never seen this kind of service, since the day Im in Australia but this medical centre has no respect towards the timings at all..
Now, it's 1455hrs and still the Dr has not accepted next appointment which is mine. This is making me so stressful being a patient and having pain in my left hand side elbow and waiting for my turn. It is about to 45min that I had been waiting for my turn. I recommend not to choose this Medical Centre for any kind of treatment.
Very happy with my doctor at the practise. If only the reception issues could be resolved, I would rate my experience as 5 stars. Unless booking an appointment online or personally, the wait on the phone is beyond ridiculous, especially if the call drops out after 15 minutes on hold..
Dr. Kabir is definitely the worst doctor I ever met.

Dr Michael Jiachun is the BEST Podiatrist!!!! Great service, friendly, kind, caring when it comes to his patients. We travel hour and a half to see him. Thank you Dr.
Dr Fang has provided professional medical assessment on my daughter’s medical condition. His medical knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Highly recommended to this medical centre!
Needed to get vaccine so I booked appointment with Dr Kabir. She even did not answer my question and I saw her like just 30 seconds before I went to treatment room for a nurse to give me the jab. Still charge me $20 out of pocket. Not worth the service. I had great experience with other doctors here though.
Dr Elliott was fantastic, very nice. Will be seeing him again! The Receptionist that helped me, Richelle, was more than accommodating and helped me every step of the way and was nice and made me feel welcome. Finding a good medical practice is so important I'm glad I found them!
The doctors here are amazing and actually treat you like humans!! Dr Mee-Jin Lee and Dr Aitken are both really understanding, and I've never had a negative experience with them. :)
I just wish that this practice was completely bulk-billed.
